I understand that this event includes outdoor activity, swimming, water immersion, walking on slippery surfaces, emotional expression, vocal release, and participation in a public nighttime gathering.

I acknowledge that participation in this event carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, slips, falls, drowning, illness, reactions to weather or environmental conditions, interactions with other participants or members of the public, and other known or unknown risks.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, losses, or harm, whether physical, emotional, mental, or otherwise, that may occur through participation in this event.

I certify that I am physically, emotionally, and mentally capable of participating and have no condition that would make participation unsafe for myself or others.

I understand that this experience is intended for personal growth, reflection, and community connection only and is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or crisis support.

I understand that Amy Martin, Effin Creative, LLC, collaborators, volunteers, facilitators, and associated parties are not licensed medical or mental health providers acting in any professional healthcare capacity during this event.

I agree to participate responsibly, honor my own limits, and immediately remove myself from any activity I believe may be unsafe.

I agree not to participate while under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.

I release, waive, discharge, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless Amy Martin, Effin Creative, LLC, all event organizers, facilitators, volunteers, collaborators, photographers, videographers, and associated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, damages, costs, expenses, or legal actions arising from or related to my participation in this event, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, to the fullest extent permitted under Texas law.

I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings, transportation, safety, and wellbeing before, during, and after the event.

I grant Amy Martin, Effin Creative, LLC, collaborators, facilitators, photographers, videographers, and associated parties the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, video record, audio record, and otherwise capture my name, image, likeness, voice, and participation during the event. I authorize the use, reproduction, editing, publishing, distribution, display, and creation of promotional or marketing content from such materials for website, social media, editorial, educational, commercial, and other lawful business purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without compensation, notice, or further approval. I release all claims related to the use of such media.

I understand this waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, family members, estate, representatives, and assigns.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This event is intended for participants 18 years of age or older.
